 This adhesive grid tape is designed for use around equipment that's sensitive to electrostatic discharge. ESD grid tape is suitable for industrial and commercial applications, such as electronics manufacturing plants, automotive production lines and electrical installations.

The ESD grid tape dissipates static when removed from a surface, thus preventing damage to nearby electronic components. This ESD grid tape can be used with both manual and automatic tape dispensers, for ease of use in a different of situations. It's often used around sensitive circuit boards and equipment that contains a semi-conductor, including memory chips.

Anti Static Polyimide / ESD Kapton Tape

Description
Polyimide film as the substrate, one side with anti static treatment, the other side coated with high performance silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.
 
 We can slit to ANY width 

Application
Suitable for shielding and protecting gold fingers in printed circuit board, SMT tin furnace, wave soldering process; high-grade electrical insulation protection and lithium. The battery is fixed for the positive and negative electrodes. It is suitable for solder proof protection, and for mobile phone lithium battery manufacturing and bundling.
