This premium grade, single-component, neutral cure, medium modulus silicone sealant that exhibits mildew resistance properties is specially formulated for uses in locations where higher humidity is expected, such as kitchen , bathroom, seals and waterproofs concerned facilities. 

✅ Single-component formula for room temperature-neutral curing silicone sealant 

✅ Maintains flexibility across a temperature range of -40 0C to 150 0C

✅ Specifically designed for use in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, and other moisture- prone facilities; effectively seals and waterproofs these areas.

✅ Non-corrosive to sensitive substrates. Suitable for porous and alkali substrates (e.g. marble, granite, ceramics, plasters, 

✅ Resistant to common non-corrosive domestic detergents.

✅ Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.

✅ For better appearance cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application. 

✅ Cut nozzle to desired size and extrudes sealant to joint areas.

✅ Ensure that the location is not airproof, it requires moisture in air to cure & best suited for dry or well-drained environments. 

✅ Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
