 Description SANI-KLEEN is formulated with high power packed agents of highly effective quaternary ammonium type used widely for disaffection and sanitizing. it has a high concentration of ingredients and also includes an odour counteractant. 

SANI-KLEEN is an effective sanitizer in hard water as demonstrated by the Official Methods of Analysis of the Association of Official Analytical; Chemists (Eleven Ed Chapter E). It was found that 200 ppm (active) of the quaternary killed 99.9999% of Escherichia coli in 30 seconds in water of 500 ppm hardness, expressed as calcium carbonate. 

SPECIFICATION Colour : Colourless to pale yellow Odour : Characteristic Free amines : max 2% pH (2%) : 6 - 8 Alkyl Chain Dist : C12 = 40% C14 = 50% C16 = 10% 

 DOSAGE One ounce SANI-KLEEN in 2 gallons of water prepares a disinfecting rinse with 400 ppm active quaternary. One ounce in 1 4 gallons of water prepares a sanitizing rinse with 200 ppm active quaternary. 

PRECAUTION Special care must be exercised when handling SANIKLEEN. The following precautions must be observed: Corrosive. Causes severe eye and skin damages. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Wear goggles or face shield and rubber gloves when handling. Harmful of fatal if swallowed. Avoid contamination of food. 

In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, call a physician. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before re-use. If swallowed, promptly drink large quantity of milk, egg whites, gelatine solution or if these are not available, drink large quantity of water. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician immediately.

RUB & CLEAN AM COAT formulated for air conditioner and filter is an antimicrobial self-disinfecting coating with efficacy 24/7 and up to more than 30 Days.  

It is designed ready-to-use self-disinfecting coating for the air conditioner exterior, ie., faceplate, louvre, as well as dust filter.  When applied, it bonds onto the treated surface semi-permanently as a thin layer of transparent coating with a positively charged molecular chain, rupturing the germs and bacteria cell membrane, killing them when they touch the AM COAT's molecular tip!  These light aerosol germs and bacteria can be drawn onto the air conditioner surface and filter when the fan coil unit (FCU) draws the air from the room into the air conditioner as return air. *Spray sparingly on both sides of the filter, do not overspray coating onto the washable filter resulting in clogging
*Clean the surface of the air conditioner with a clean cloth and water during routine cleaning and maintenance, recommended to clean the filter twice a month or when dirty and replace worn out filter
*Do not use bleach or detergent with pH &gt;10.5 and if scratched, reapply coating again.&nbsp;&nbsp;

AM COAT ANTI-ODOUR self-disinfecting coating

  AM COAT ANTI-ODOUR is a 2 in 1 purpose odour removal and an antimicrobial self-disinfecting coating. It eliminates the unpleasant and foul smell from household items such as bags, carpets, floor mats, mattresses & coverings, seat cushions, as well as footwear insoles, etc., and is odourless. When applied on high-touch point surfaces such as handrails, doorknobs, light switches, tables, chairs and armrests, household appliance handles, mobile devices and remote controllers, etc., it forms a semi-permanent microscopic layer with positively charged nitrogen atom molecules on the surface and ruptures the pathogens’ cell membrane upon contact, deactivating their infection ability. It kills 99.9% of bacteria and inhibits mould growth, 24/7, up to 10 days.

1. Spray AM COAT sparingly on fabric or footwear insoles with odour and leave to dry. 

- Mould mycelium on fabric is recommended to do laundry wash
