The iglidur® A181 material is food compliant with EU regulation 10/2011 EC and FDA specifications. The blue colour also facilitates the often required 'optical detectability' in the food industry. Compared to iglidur® A180 with regards to mechanical properties, temperature and media resistance, iglidur® A181 is more suitable for wear resistance in most cases.
