Trico 30005 8 Oz OPTO-MATIC Oiler - Glass Resv

The Trico Opto-Matic Oiler Model 30005 is a zinc plated constant level oiler with a 8 ounce glass bottle reservoir. Constant level oilers are designed to maintain a predetermined oil level in a sump. If the oil level drops below a certain point, the depleted oil automatically self levels based on the lubricators volume. The Opto-Matic oiler increases the efficiency of the equipment, and lowers maintenance costs. Compared to competitive models, there is no possibility of air leakage that would cause overfilling of the bearing housing, and the adjustable level setting means it can be used in many different applications. This model constant level lubricator has multiple air vent slots to provide proper functioning at all times, and large surge chambers to help prevent overflow of oil during machine start-up or shut-down.
