The Battery Safety Explosion-Proof Box is primarily used in the field of new energy vehicle (NEV) batteries. During battery production, assembly, testing, and maintenance, when incidents such as bulging, thermal runaway, or heat release occur, the affected battery is promptly transferred into the box. This box effectively controls uncontrolled temperature rise and mitigates hazards caused by battery explosions, thereby protecting property and personal safety on site.

  Constructed from 5 mm thick steel plate and rectangular tubing, the box features a solid welded structure.
  A detonation port and pressure relief valve are positioned at the top to isolate the effects of an internal explosion.
  
• Fire-Resistant Sealing
  High-quality fireproof intumescent material is applied to door gaps. In the event of combustion, the material expands to seal cracks and prevent fire escape.
  
• Safe and Convenient Door Operation
  Both sides of the box include auxiliary door opening/closing mechanisms for safe, smooth, and labor-saving operation.
  
• Real-Time Temperature Monitoring
  Equipped with a metal temperature monitoring device, capable of monitoring internal temperatures in the range of 0–800°C.
  
• Integrated Cooling System
  Includes two 2-inch national standard fire joints to allow water injection for internal cooling.
  When the water level reaches a set point, users can either close the inlet or open the bottom drainage port.
  
• Liquid Level Monitoring
  Fitted with a metal flange level gauge for accurate liquid level monitoring.
  The gauge includes a high borosilicate glass tube, offering excellent high-temperature and fire resistance.
  
• Adjustable Battery Support
  Inside the box, a battery holder with adjustable brackets is provided. This accommodates batteries of different sizes and simplifies handling with spreaders or forklifts.
  
• Pressure Relief Design
  The top features a burst vent and pressure relief safety valve, effectively preventing dangerous overpressure buildup.
  
• High Load-Bearing Mobility
  The bottom is equipped with universal wheels, each capable of bearing up to 1000 kg, ensuring safe, high-capacity movement.
