• The structure is composed of a 5mm steel plate shell with an inner lining. Explosion vents and pressure relief valves on the top effectively isolate the impact of a battery explosion from the external environment.
  
• The interior is lined with fireproof and anti-corrosion materials. Door joints are sealed with high-quality fireproof expansion materials, providing excellent resistance to fire and corrosion.
  
• Gas spring support rods are installed on both sides of the box to facilitate smooth opening and closing of the cover.
  
• The box cover includes a temperature monitoring device with a display range of 0–800°C, allowing effective monitoring of internal temperature.
  
• A 2" water inlet is located on top of the cover, compatible with standard fire hydrant connectors for water injection and battery cooling. A 2" water outlet at the bottom is equipped with a ball valve for controlled drainage when the water level reaches a certain point.
  
• A liquid level gauge is installed on the front of the box, using a high borosilicate glass tube with fire-resistant properties for clear and safe liquid level observation.
  
• The interior includes a battery holder that can accommodate batteries of various sizes and allows for easy removal using a spreader.
  
• An explosion vent and pressure relief safety valve are positioned on the top to effectively prevent overpressure inside the box.
  
• The bottom of the box features four heavy-duty wheels, each with a load-bearing capacity of 1000 kg, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
