• The structure consists of a 5mm steel plate shell with an inner lining. Explosion vents and pressure relief valves on the top effectively isolate the impact of battery explosions from the outside environment.
  
• The interior is lined with fireproof and anti-corrosion materials. Door joints are sealed with high-quality fireproof expansion materials, offering excellent fire and corrosion resistance.
  
• Gas spring support rods on both sides assist in smooth opening and closing of the box cover.
  
• A temperature monitoring device is mounted on the cover, with a display range of 0–800°C, to monitor internal temperatures effectively.
  
• A 2" water inlet on top connects to a standard fire hydrant for battery cooling. A 2" water outlet at the bottom includes a ball valve for draining when the water level reaches a set point.
  
• A front-facing liquid level gauge, made of high borosilicate glass, allows for effective monitoring and provides some fire resistance.
  
• The interior features a battery holder adaptable for different battery sizes and enables easy handling with a spreader.
  
• Additional explosion vent and pressure relief safety valve on top help prevent internal overpressure.
  
• Four heavy-duty wheels at the bottom support up to 1000 kg each for safe and efficient transport.
