Seppes SE-YKM-G1000 Aluminum Alloy Rigid High-Speed Door

Aluminum alloy rigid high-speed doors are installed at the exits of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, workshops, garages, and other industrial equipment. The new arc-shaped turbine and tension torque balance technology ensure more stable door operation, and manual opening and closing can be easily performed by a single person.

Installation conditions for rigid high-speed doors

All measurements were taken indoors, and each value had to be measured at at least three points:

• H is the height of the doorway (the distance from the floor to the top of the doorway);
• B is the width of the doorway (the distance from the left edge to the right edge of the doorway).
• h is at least 900 mm above the doorway (the distance from the top of the doorway to the ceiling);
• b1/b2 means that the left/right lateral distance is at least 350 mm (the distance from the corresponding edge of the doorway to the obstacle);
• L is the depth of the room.
• When measuring h, b1, b2, and L, take the minimum value as the final dimension.

Precautions

• The door body runs smoothly along the track, and the door body itself remains balanced, that is, their weight should be compensated by the torque of the spring.
• Ensure that people and objects are not within the range of the door's descent during operation.
• Do not move under the door when it is closed, as this may cause damage.
• When opening and closing rigid high-speed doors, do not impact the door body or interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not contaminate the guide rails and pulleys, as this may affect the smoothness of operation.
• Ensure there are no foreign objects or debris in the track during operation, as these may cause the door to tilt or get stuck.
