Thermal insulation and energy saving
The door panel is made of 0.45mm thick color-coated steel sheet. The edges of the front and back steel sheets are not in direct contact after forming, effectively avoiding the cold bridge effect and preventing the door panel from freezing, thus enhancing the thermal insulation and energy-saving effect. The internal filling uses high-density polyurethane foam material with excellent thermal insulation performance, with a foam density of 43kg/m³, which is the highest density standard in the domestic garage door market. The surface is color-coated.

The polyurethane polymer filling provides excellent thermal insulation. Sealing strips between door panels, on the sides, bottom, and top effectively prevent air and rainwater leakage, while the non-contact design of the door panels effectively prevents temperature transfer between the inside and outside, resulting in low energy consumption and low carbon footprint.
Durable and easy to maintain
High-strength galvanized hardware connections, galvanized torsion springs, and torsion spring shaft stress treatment ensure high strength, reliability, and durability. A specially designed embedded steel plate under the hinge mounting position reinforces the connection between the hinge and the door panel. Galvanized roller brackets and wear-resistant nylon rollers provide long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.
