Seppes C-110 High-End Lift Garage Door offering high-end, durable garage sliding doors of European quality. The garage door panels are made with the same high-quality insulation and sturdiness materials as industrial sliding doors, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated look. Superior industrial sliding door technology ensures quiet, smooth, and safe operation. The control system features fully automatic industrial-grade remote control, offering intelligent and precise operation. All hardware is galvanized, eliminating concerns about rust over time. Thermal insulation and energy saving

The door panel is made of 0.45mm thick color-coated steel sheet. The edges of the front and back steel sheets are not in direct contact after forming, effectively avoiding the cold bridge effect and preventing the door panel from freezing, thus enhancing the thermal insulation and energy-saving effect. The internal filling uses high-density polyurethane foam material with excellent thermal insulation performance, with a foam density of 43kg/m³, which is the highest density standard in the domestic garage door market. The surface is color-coated.

High safety performance

Featuring a safe design and rigorous testing, this product incorporates multiple safety features, including a torsion spring anti-breakage device, built-in wire rope, optional wire rope anti-breakage device, and bottom edge protection, effectively enhancing operator safety. All safety devices are certified to European standards and have inspection reports from the French CSTP laboratory.

Excellent sealing performance

The polyurethane polymer filling provides excellent thermal insulation. Sealing strips between door panels, on the sides, bottom, and top effectively prevent air and rainwater leakage, while the non-contact design of the door panels effectively prevents temperature transfer between the inside and outside, resulting in low energy consumption and low carbon footprint.

Durable and easy to maintain

High-strength galvanized hardware connections, galvanized torsion springs, and torsion spring shaft stress treatment ensure high strength, reliability, and durability. A specially designed embedded steel plate under the hinge mounting position reinforces the connection between the hinge and the door panel. Galvanized roller brackets and wear-resistant nylon rollers provide long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.

Door panel technical parameters

  • The door panel is 40mm thick made of double-layered 0.45mm thick color-coated steel sheets. The company uses a fully automated color-coated steel coil production line to produce the color-coated steel coils in-house. The paint used is from AkzoNobel, a Fortune 500 company in the Netherlands, ensuring the vibrancy and durability of the color steel of the door panel.

Seal

Sealing between door panels, on both sides of the door, at the top and bottom reduces convection and saves energy.

Tracks and pulleys

2mm thick galvanized rails, 2mm or 2.5mm thick galvanized roller brackets, wear-resistant nylon rollers.

Hardware

The hinges and pulley brackets are made of 2.5mm thick base material with galvanized surface treatment to ensure product durability. The torsion spring base material is Grade A 72B spring steel, and all finished torsion springs are tested for torque and torsional force by a CNC torsion spring testing machine, with the testing standard being European standard (EN13241-1).
