Similarly to the Sail Basic ergonomic chair, the Sail Luxury ergonomic chair has features such as the adjustable headrest, adjustable armrests that can be adjusted in 4 different directions, adjustable seat depth and height-adjustable backrest. The chair’s unique flexible lumbar support flexes down when you sit on it and thus providing comfortable support for your lower back.

The main difference between the Sail Luxury and Sail Basic ergonomic chair is that the back frame of the Sail Luxury is made of aluminium whereas the Sail Basic is made of steel. The Sail Luxury also features sleek adjustment levers for the seat height and seat depth adjustment.

Delivery & Returns

• A $80.00 delivery surcharge applies for delivery to special or restricted areas i.e. Sentosa, Jurong Island.
• Staircase delivery surcharge of $15.00 for each non-lift accessible floor per item
• A return shipping fee of $40.00 applies. Further charges may apply if collection involves stairs or restricted access.
• Returns are only eligible for items in sealed, new & unused condition with original packaging.

Warranty

• 5 year limited warranty against frame (i.e. skeletal frame, back frame, leg frame)
• 2 year limited warranty against mechanism (i.e. various adjustments, lever, knob, hydraulic gas lift)
• Not covered: Normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, the wear and tear or degradation of mesh, top portion of armrests, exterior of castors etc.
