This Robertshaw gas cooking control is a perfect replacement for the one that came standard on select equipment. It provides a temperature range of 200-550 degrees Fahrenheit and has a 36" capillary. Use it to replace a broken control and ensure that your unit maintains the proper temperature at all times.
- This Robertshaw gas oven thermostat is a perfect replacement for the Hobart, Vulcan Hart and Imperial gas oven.
- Robertshaw gas oven thermostat model: GST40240000. Temperature range: 200 - 550 degrees Fahrenheit, 1/2 PSI gas pressure.
- 3/8” FPT thread inlet and outlet, 36" capillary length, 3/16" x 11" bulb
