- Seat Cushion: New black nylon + fiber-reinforced plastic frame with wire-controlled operation. Automatically adjusts to user weight for comfort. Meets BIFMA and QB2280 standards; flame retardant compliant with national standards.
- Mechanism/Base: Multi-functional wire-controlled explosion-proof mechanism, allowing height adjustment and tilt lock. Supports 109 kg, 300,000-cycle tilt durability test. Smooth, noise-free operation; compliant with BIFMA and QB2280 standards.
- Sliding Function: Wire-controlled seat depth adjustment (forward/backward).
- Gas Lift: Class-4 explosion-proof gas lift; passed 100,000-cycle load and rotation tests; BIFMA and QB2280 compliant.
- Chair Base: 350 mm aluminum alloy base, BIFMA static and impact tested. Die-cast one-piece construction. Base diameter 700 mm; static load 1136 kg, impact test 136 kg; meets BIFMA and QB2280 standards.
- Casters: 60 mm PU silent shockproof wheels, tested for 100,000 cycles and 136 kg impact. Low-temperature test at –16°C passed. Meets BIFMA and QB2280 standards.
